  Where do i start? Allied (Colman Worldwide) is an absolute joke. First we paid for a move from FL to GA and paid for packing services. On the day of packing nobody showed, so they had to get a sub-contracted crew out who had no boxes with them and only finished about half of the packing. The day the truck came, the crew was pissed everything wasn't packed and they had to wait for more boxes. The driver never gave us our inventory sheet and left without having us sign or get a box count. So now the truck was supposed to arrive on monday 3/5, it wasn't until tuesday that we were told the truck never left FL and they had to call a backup driver to deliver on that Wednesday. While the truck was missing for 2 days, Jeff at the office in Orlando had no idea where the truck was and took several hours to find it in Orlando. We had added expense of hotels, help and setting up contractors. So then the crew on the destination end has no protective material for the floors, they used old boxes instead of of the mats they had in FL. So of course as everything was off loaded most of our items were damaged. 25 boxes missing and we don't know how many more because they didnt provide a manifest when they left FL.
  
  So now Martin Vah at Colman responds to all the issues with "As for the rest of the issues in not have the requested driver, packing delay, and second driver not having the proper equipment, are all things we use as learning tools for us to see where we did not come through with the services sold by the Todd. There is no value or price put on these services other than lack of professionalism, which we need to improve on. Each person involved will be consulted how each customer deserves the attention to detail and provided professional relocations services going forward."
  
  They refused to reimburse anything. So the $2,214 we paid for packing services had "no value or price put on these services"? Um yes there is, $2,214. You are admitting you failed to provide the service we paid for and in the same breath state there is no value attached to that failure?
  
  Then Martin had the balls to threaten to not pay any insurance claims if we decided to dispute the cost of packing materials. I hate to break it to allied but we paid for an insurance policy on this load and in the state of FL, it is illegal for you to make such a statement.
  
  I want Allied corporate to see this and respond because this is beyond unacceptable. Now they are refusing to pay the insurance claim for damages. We paid for an insurance policy and in the state of Florida, thats insurance fraud.
  
  Avoid these guys. We dealt with Jeffrey Bolognese at Coleman who liked to say he was 'understanding' of the issues but did nothing to rectify the issues.
